What's it About?

The Educational Outreach Program is designed to introduce the local community to the vast array of wildlife inhabiting Sonoma County. It also addresses wildlife emergencies and serves to promote a deeper understanding of the problems facing wildlife in an environment which is rapidly altered by human activities. Education in the classroom is of particular importance. Many children today know very little about the wild animals that live in their area and are unaware of the tremendous impact we all have on their continued survival.
