As part of our Educational Wildlife Community, we have wolfdogs. You might wonder what wolfdogs are doing at a wildlife center in a state where wolves are only beginning to return. Our wolfdogs are here to demonstrate to the public that wildlife or mixed wildlife and domestic animals do not make good pets. To keep our wolfdogs happy, we have a large outdoor enclosure with a multi-level house and keep our wolfdogs with other wolfdogs for companionship.
We are happy to talk with you if you are in a situation with wolfdogs that is problematic. We have a USDA permit in order to legally accept high content wolfdogs and full wolves.
